REBATE RACING BOOKS VIA PHONE - SUGGESTIONS?

I bet racing online, but this old guy I know is no way gonna get or go anywhere near a pc - he bets by phone only. He's with Millenium, which does not rebate on racing, at least for phone bets. Are there any books which will rebate him on telephone bets?
